Announcing Two New Enhancements for Visual Approvals
August 23, 2023 1 Min read
Visual Approvals continually works to advance its products and services we offer to you. Our aim is always to make building certification and approvals easier with the deployment of software that improves efficiency and saves time. With this in mind, we are unveiling a couple of new enhancements you are going to love.
Take a look.
Search Integration with InfoTrack
Visual Approvals now offers direct integration with InfoTrack. This means you can carry out property searches without having to leave your Visual Approvals platform. You might already be aware of InfoTrack as an award-winning search solution that is trusted by building certifiers and legal professionals alike.
Using this new integration is simple. Just request a titles, plans or dealings search for a property of your choosing, and InfoTrack will get to work, notifying you from within Visual Approvals when the documents are issued.
Reduce your admin time and boost efficiency by setting up automated search requests and document collation with this accurate and advantageous integration.
Building Type and Work Type Currency
With this enhancement, two new tabs have been added to the Visual Approvals configuration of Building Types; Building Type Currency and Work Type Currency.
Selecting the Building Type Currency tab will enable you to set Start By and End By dates for the project, as well as two warning notifications.
Selecting the Work Type Currency tab will display the Building Type Currency default settings at the state level. However, as different states operate different requirements, you will be able to edit these values for greater flexibility when working across state boundaries.
This features will provide greater flexibility for companies with offices in multiple states to keep on top of the different start and completion timelines for building types and work types which can vary across Australia's states and territories.
