By granting certifiers the ability to share a personalised link with their clients securely, this portal empowers applicants to effortlessly track the progress of their applications in real-time, all from the convenience of an online platform. Not only does the VA Tracking Portal facilitate seamless monitoring of application statuses, but it also fosters enhanced communication between certifiers and clients. Through the portal, clients can readily respond to any inquiries from certifiers and conveniently upload required documentation as needed. Designed with the goal of minimising unnecessary phone calls, the portal serves as a centralised hub for application management. Certifiers can now significantly reduce their call volume while ensuring clients remain well-informed every step of the way. Moreover, the portal revolutionises the Weekly Progress report many VA clients send to their builders. Each generated report now features a unique and encrypted link assigned to every application, enabling builders to manage multiple projects from a single source.
