How do you connect to Xero?

You will need to setup an account with Xero accounting software and our VA team will require a one-time access to setup an authentication certificate.

Within Visual Approvals, select Xero as your accounting package.

All clients, councils, employees, general ledger codes and most importantly all sales & purchase invoices will be automatically created in Xero from Visual Approvals with the click of one blue button.

What does this mean for your team?

Your admin team will continue to issue invoices and receipt payments through Visual Approvals as they do today.  Once checked and finalised, invoices & payments are transferred to Xero with just one click.

Xero manages all other financial processes such as Payroll, Bank Reconciliations and preparing BAS statements.

This solution means your finance team doesn't need training in Visual Approvals and your Admin team doesn't need training in Xero.
