Located directly under the Applications tab on the program slider of the VA screen, the Assessments screen is an excellent way for all VA users to quickly and efficiently evaluate the database.
The main features of this window are the ability to choose columns of data, group them and sort through relevant items within columns. For managers and administrators, this can be invaluable to see the status of the business, manage workflow, and ensure nothing is getting missed.
Building application information can be sorted based on age, certifier, client, status and much more.
Due to the dynamic nature of the assessments window, it provides up to date reporting of the exact information recorded in all building applications at once, whether for active records only or the entire database. You can check how many applications currently need to be assessed, the status of individual inspection types, or how many energy reports need to be assessed using the three tabs at the top of the screen.
