Visual Approvals expands its team with the addition of another talented individual from the Building Surveying industry.
We warmly welcome Gayle Yun as a Software and Support Specialist. Gayle joins us with 15 years’ experience working primarily from the administrative perspective of the building permit process in Victoria. Throughout this period Gayle has had exposure to a number of building approval & permit systems including Visual Approvals. Gayle comes to us with an extensive history of process analysis and providing business improvement recommendations. This experience led Gayle to develop Access databases to enhance processes in areas such as inspection bookings, aged care certification, due diligence and fee submission/project tracking.
With her industry knowledge and expertise in business process analytics, Gayle’s abilities complement the Visual Approvals team in supporting our clients with implementations and helpdesk.
