Visual Approvals has made some big changes recently in the way it stores its documents. As of January 1, 2025, we will no longer support Dropbox as VA's document repository. This means that if you're a Visual Approvals customer who uses Dropbox to store your documents, it's time to make the switch.
Visual Approvals has introduced an alternate solution. We have created our own document storage platform called Visual Approvals Storage. This storage solution is much more reliable, secure, and robust than Dropbox.
Many of our customers have already switched to Visual Approvals Storage by using VA Inspector 3. The latest version of the Inspector app has discontinued the use of Dropbox, which means that those of you who have already adopted VA Inspector 3 are now experiencing the advantages of Visual Approvals Storage.
