FAQs

Do you charge per project?
No. This is a significant difference in the pricing policy of VA compared to other software competitors in the market. Regardless of the package you choose, you are entitled to create any number of projects. Visual Approvals will charge you only if you exceed the number of "approvals" issued per month beyond your existing allotment as per your chosen package.
What will occur if I exceed the allotted number of approvals in my monthly package allocation?

You will be charged for each additional approval based on the royalty pricing scheme outlined below:

Can I purchase additional licences for my package?
Yes, you can purchase additional licenses for a one-time fee of $275 plus GST per user license.
What are the costs for the Visual e-Sign Integration?

Visual e-Sign is included in the Accelerate and Advantage packages with 100 free e-Sign sends per month. To set up the integration, there is a one-time activation fee of $75.00 plus GST. Additional sends are charged at $2.00 per e-sign.

What are the costs for the Visual SMS Integration?

The Visual SMS Integration is included in all packages. There is a one-time activation fee of $50.00 plus GST to set up the integration, and SMS charges start at approximately $0.08 per SMS.

What is the cost of the Xero Integration activation fee?

The Xero Integration comes with all Visual Approval packages by default, and the configuration set-up includes standard GL account codes. A one-time activation fee of $90.00 is charged for this service.

If a complex GL account code configuration and mapping are required, the activation fee is charged on a per-hour basis.

Is there an activation fee associated with other 3rd Party Integratons?
Yes. The activation fee can differ depending on the integration and is available upon request.
What is Visual Approvals Storage?
Visual Approvals Storage is a secure hosted storage solution that includes geo-synchronous backups, on point data restore, replication, cloud hosting and management services. There is an annual fee for up to 1 TB of storage and a per terabyte charge for >1TB of storage. 
What is Sendgrid?
Sendgrid provides an email solution to clients with a Business Basic Microsoft 365 account at an additional monthly cost of $10. This service offers a hosted option to manage email correspondences and ensures reliable and efficient communication.
Can I add additional features to my Visual Approvals package after purchase?

Yes absolutely. You can choose to add any of Visual Approvals' Add ons to your package when you are ready to do so.
