Push inspection bookings directly from VA into the inspector’s outlook appointment calendar. Reminders are automatically created and tagged to prompt 45 minutes prior to the appointment. Updates to inspection bookings in VA can be pushed to amend Outlook appointments.
This clever integration provides an easy distribution of the daily inspection run to inspectors and certifiers so their Outlook calendar is always up to date.
Phase 1 of the external calendar integration is to Outlook appointments and reminders only. The same level of integration to iCal and Google calendars will soon be ready for release.
